Ch 40: The Night Before Tomorrow Also please vote in the poll in the sidebar. I got a lot of positive feedback on the pics in Ch 39 but I'm really wondering what everyone thought.

Yes please take care of yourself first. The story will always be there and at this point it may just stress you out more. I do hope you are starting to do better.

Darn you! I think John is your alter-ego. He leaves his kids hanging with the stories, too. As usual, I can't wait to see what happens in court.

I think he is more like my mom because I know that is something she would do to me. But It was the perfect joke I could not pass it up. Court already? Not looking forward to writing that.

Ch 41: Back to Court

If I can get the chapters out of my head. John's day in court should be interesting.

Ch 42: Truth & Lies

You and your cliff hangers! Just leave me wanting more. The brothers seem to be getting a fair shake even though they say everyone hates them. Way to be fair.

Been busy being lazy with the kids being on summer break. What have you been up to?

So far things are working in the brothers favor, hopefully it does not stay that way.


It has been a very rainy and exhausting summer so far. Working on a new graphics project that has been kicking my butt for over a week now. Other than that we are also preparing for our own day in court. Long story sort they want to put a dollar store in our back yard. So I have been helping get petitions and letters to put a stop to it.

I so dislike those brothers but I do like how their lawyers name is Mr. Rojo! Cute! Keep them coming, can't wait to read more!

I was wondering if someone was going to point that out. Most scarlets have a name that has to do with red (Even Nate in a way. Nathaniel Hawthorne wrote The Scarlet Letter. I however did not know that at the time I named him.) but Mr. Rojo is definitely a lawyers name. I'm glad you liked it.

I didn't realize they had names common to red until the lawyer stepped in. I saw his name and was like cute idea, and then I was like HEY they are all like that. Only took me like 40 chapters!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am working on my next chapter, however between not having enough time to write last week, everything I am writing being garbage, and my game not working, sadly I don't have it to post today. I'm unsure when the next chapter will be, but I am hopeful for the end of the week. I apologize greatly for the delay but this story is very important to me and it's important that the chapters are correct when I release them.  I hope everybody can understand, especially considering how vital these courtroom chapters are to the story.  The good news however is Ch 44  has been written so that one should come quickly once Ch 43 is done.

Don't worry about it. Scarlets are not in every Ch and I didn't think it would of been something noticeable till a lot of them had been named.

I kind of want to do something special with John for Fathers Day on Sunday. Any ideas?

I thought about having the boys do something, or having a Q&A session with John as I have seen some other simmers do.

Do you like these ideas? Or do you want something else?

I'm still trying to brake the next chapter so my mind is not really staying focused on only one idea.

Well, I am kind of thinking maybe each of John's friends and the boys could say something about John as a father? Or will you be something like that for court? Is there anything about John that we don't know?

John's friends will be speaking on his behalf in court as soon as they get out of my head and tell me what they want to say. (Now I sound crazy )

Of course John has more secrets. One will be starting soon.

I think I am going to have the boys do a special, then do a Q&A later.

As I told someone else. The boys drew them. I just physically drew them.

I thought the boys art was a great addition to the post
