Help remodel EA towns, I'm in need of family homes
Hi friends.
I was wondering, if anybody is up for some remodeling of EA houses, or rebuilding! or building new homes for me.
I ask becouse I need familie homes, mostly in Twinbrook but also for my remodel of HS and maybe even AP... or other EA towns.
My wish is that the houses is:
- CC free (that incluedes patterns)
- Any style and any prizelevel.
- that they have the following as a minimum:
1 double bed
2 single beds/1 bunk bed/2 extra double beds or any other combination that give sleeping space to 2 single sims.
1 crib
A kitchen/kitchen corner containing: 1 fridge, 1 stove, 1 sink and a trash can
A bathroom containing: 1 sink, 1 toilet and 1 shower/tub.
Seating at a table for minimum 4 sims to eat.
1 type Entertaining for all ages, which they can use alone:
Toddlers: xylophone, teddy, block table, block box, toy chest, dollhouse…
Children: teddy, toy chest, dollhouse, costume chest, little bakers own, swing, tree house, slide, jungle gym, spring ride, sandbox (or sand), easel, telescope, chess table, computer, TV, radio, trampoline, hoops scop, bookcase, play station …
Teens and up: easel, telescope, chess table, computer, TV, radio, trampoline, hoops scop, bookcase, music instruments, play station….
Any help is apriciated, if it is a remodle, it would be nice to know what house (so I have the adress where they fit)
My biggest wish is for houses for the special lots, those that arn't flat.

Re: Help remodel EA towns, I'm in need of family homes
I think I have a couple of houses that might fit your criteria.
I remodeled one of the AP house and now it has every hobby Item (not WA stuff because I don't have that EP) however I did relocate it to a 60x60 lot so I would have a lot of room for my "fun game" family to grow in Sunset Valley. If you are interested in it I can put it on the exchange once my computer is back on line.
I also have the beach house that John and Susan are living in in my story. That does not have all hobby items and it does not have a kid friendly backyard. That would fit on the empty lot in Sunset Valley near the beach. I can also put that on the exchange once my computer is back on line if you are interested.
And finally there is the Sandcastle House. It is very Kid friendly house built for Sunnyside Strand in Sunset Valley. However it is not pet friendly and I do not recommend playing the family that lives hear because the kids will frequently skip school. But If you leave the family alone they do ok.

It all sound fine....
I most likly trow out any family though...
small lots are a bigger want than big....
No need to be super children or pet friendly...
I will downloade later... but now I fear I need to do a reinstall, game and store... unless the store items gets in when I try in the week (reinstall is a weekend job)
edit: oh and it dosn't need to have every thing, just something for every age...

Don't stress your self.... I properbly can't downloade until after I have updated the patch... and I wont do that until Twallan have updated his mods.... and that will most likly be 2-3 weeks...
Re: Help remodel EA towns, I'm in need of family homes
I think I might start a contest to re-model homes in one of the towns....now to figure out what town.

Well I'd like to specifically remodel one town at a time within some sort of theme. I also would like the homes to stay in the same price range as they originally were (so starter homes would still be starter homes, and "mansions" would still be mansions).

hmm then start with a free town... I would say.... so most can play... or do a poll on what town... and maybe even theme...

I'm stressing about this that and the other thing right now but getting the house up is not one of them.

Re: Help remodel EA towns, I'm in need of family homes
Ithink perhaps Twinbrook should be the town to remodel first. It will go hand and hand with the magazine.

Well Twinbrook is ongoing (as I play there) but I plan on starting a total remodle of 1 town..... so it can be ready for when I might want to move my family. It most likly will be HS as I like that town

I'd be happy to assist you with remodeling HS. I already have one remodel or two for some og the homes there.

As my towns don't have themes, it is more I start out in 1 or 2 towns working, and when I find a house I just put it in 1 of them..... No need for them to be specifick.... but their is adresses in both Twinbrook and HS that are so special that they need special houses build for that spot.... well I take it as it comes...

Do you have an adress for these special lots?
I never tried making a house with a garden with different heights, but it is still on my list to do When my laptop is repaired I will have to start over again with my sims 3, so I think it would be fun to build you a house (or remodel one for you). It might take a while before my laptop is back though, but I can already get some ideas for it. Do you like any certain style of house?
I have hidden springs and am still want to remodel it a bit. I can't decide on a theme for it though....
